Verizon’s New MiFi 4510L 4G LTE Hotspot Now Available!
Verizon Wireless and Novatel Wireless have come together today to announce that the MiFi 4510L 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot that runs on Verizon Wireless’ 4G LTE Network is now available at www.verizonwireless.com. The MiFi 4G LTE hotspot is Verizon’s solution to next generation intelligent “hotspotting.” This technology allows both businesses and consumers to create their own Wi-Fi cloud capable of sharing high-speed Internet with up to five Wi-Fi devices at the same time.
The new MiFi Hotspot displays the signal strength, battery level, roaming, and number of connected devices on an easy-to-view display. Consumers can either purchase the service today or through Verizon Wireless stores on April 21st for $99.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a new 2-year contract on a 4G Mobile Broadband plan. 4G LTE plans start at fifty bucks for 5GB of data access per month. Verizon’s 4G LTE network is five times faster than their 3G network (see picture and multiply by five). Verizon plans to have 4G LTE cover all current 3G networks by 2014. Until then, boot up your devices and enjoy true speed of Verizon’s 4G Long Term Evolution. View the video after the tech specs, to see how one could even game on a mobile 4G LTE network.
