Acer Updates It’s Awesome TimelineX Notebooks

Acer has just brought us a new concept of a timeline, that is, an updated series of the TimelineX range of notebooks. The TimelineX notebooks come in three sizes; the 13.3″ 3830T, 14″ 4830T, and the 15.6″ 5830T, which size you should get all depends on your laptop preferences.

Each notebook offers consumers a choice of choosing between Intel’s Sandy Bridge Core i3 and i5 processors. Users also have the option of choosing integrated Intel HD graphics or Nvidia GeForce GT 520M/540M graphics with Optimus switching. The battery life will last up to eight hours on a full charge.

Now let’s talk audio. TimelineX candidates will receive Dolby Home Theater v4 Audio, as well as have connections for HDMI and USB 3.0. The cool thing about the ports is that they are consistently powered, even when the unit is shut down. So let’s say that you want to turn off your laptop but keep the attached cell phone charging off the laptop’s power, you can do exactly that.

Men and women will also be able to stay in touch with their loved onces through the High Definition webcam sporting a resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels. With b/g/n WiFi connectivity, you know your hand will never skip a click on the World Wide Web. The Aspire TimelineX 3830T weighs in at just 4.12 pounds with its bigger brothers coming in at 4.9lbs and 5.6lbs, respectively. Pricing starts at $600. What do you guys think of this deal?
