Dell Streak Pro 10 Features A Trackpad?

The Dell Streak 10 Pro was covered way back when we first got news of the device. Today, we come supplied with pictures to back the text. For those of you who may have forgotten, the 10″ tablet will feature a 1280 x 800 display, a 5MP rear camera, and run Nvidia’s Tegra 2 processor.

With a front-facing camera embedded, video conferences can be made with ease. There is an SD card slot for all your data storage, and HDMI port, USB, and the device offers full 1080 support. The tablet weighs in at 700 grams and will come with an optional dock with HDMI, USB host, Ethernet port, and other functions for business use.

The Dell Streak Pro is expected to hit U.S. markets by 2012 and Dell still believes that they have the golden tablet that will someday surpass the iPad. The featured QWERTY prototype is expected to run Windows 8, and has some space in the middle for a possible trackpad.

We can only hope that the trackpad thing will really come to life, but we won’t know for sure until later, sorry folks! No word on pricing or specific dates yet, so stay tuned.
