Leaked: Galaxy Tab 7 Coming This Fall

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 is expected this Fall and will run Android Gingerbread. It will make calls, but unless you are planning on using a Bluetooth headset, we doubt you’ll be slapping this tablet by your ear, at least for not any important phone calls.

The Galaxy Tab 7 will carry a 1.2GHz Exynos processor, 16GB of storage space, microSD storage, and voice/video calling for the occasional business call. Although we don’t have any word on cameras yet, you can expect at least a 5MP rear-facing camera and a 1.3MP front-facing camera for conferencing.

Samsung hasn’t officially mentioned the Galaxy Tab 7, so we can only go on rumors thus far. Whether it will make current Tab owners feel the need to upgrade to the Tab 7 is another excellent question that I do not have the answer to.

We don’t have word on pricing either, but I can bet this device will go on sale for $300 to $400 for a WiFi-only model. I think the $500 price plan is slowly fading out as tablets become more common. Let us know if this is one gadget you’re interested in. Until then, stay safe folks and enjoy your technology.
