Sorry Winklevoss, Facebook Case Finally Settled
The Social Network was a great movie that offered us some insight into the life of Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook, and explained what it was like to get where he is today. However, the movie portrayed the struggles that Mark faced to get there. One of which was allegedly stealing the idea from two guys known as the Winklevoss twins.
The billionaire had to fight with the accusation ever since he made the largest social network in the world public but both the parties agreed on a peace treaty a couple of years back. However, the Harvard graduated twins were not satisfied by the decision of the jury and wanted to take the case to another level and reported that they were misled during the settlement talks. They were given a second chance by the judge to prove that they were right and that they are the real minds behind Facebook.
Again, the brothers were proven wrong by the jury and the Facebook copyright infringement case is closed for good. The news was covered by TG Daily.
Tyler and Cameron would now have to settle for the $65 million agreement that was made in 2008.
