MSI Rolls Out GE620DX 15.6″ Gaming Notebook

MSI has just added a killer notebook to its lineup, it’s called the GE620DX and is powered by a quad core Intel and fueled by Nvidia Graphics. Getting down to specifics, the MSI notebook will be powered by a second generation Intel Core i7-2630QM processor, running at 2GHz and paired with an Nvidia GeForce GT555M graphics card.

If the idea of gaming on DirectX 11 and THX TruStudio Pro doesn’t excite you, maybe the 8GB of system memory will. The 15.6″ screen runs at a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and will sure produce decent gaming for your modern game shooter.

I wouldn’t expect to play the latest graphics intensive games such as Crysis 2, but you should have no problems with olders games like Team Fortress 2.

Users can upgrade the hard drive up to 750GB of storage capacity, and will get the options of having a 7200RPM hard drive, or a slower, 5400RPM drive.

With a 720p webcam, Blu-ray support, a DVD super multi drive, the laptop weighs about 2.4kg and runs on Windows 7 Home. We’re not sure when you can expect this puppy to hit the markets, nor do we have a price on this machine, but it looks like a solid build for sure!
