Verizon Rolling Out Optimus LTE II In US?

LG recently launched a smartphone named LG Optimus LTE II in their home country Korea. You might get to see the phone sooner than you expected. Apparently Verizon is planning on rolling it out next month. Freshly a new version of the Optimus LTE 2 with the VS930 model number was discovered at the FCC and led to the rumors that the phone is headed to the United States. It was believed about the phone that it would be Samsung Galaxy S III’s direct competitor.

The new phone was found to have very same specs as the Korean version. The shipping phone features a whooping 2GB RAM. It is powered by a 2,150 mAh battery and a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor. It has a 4.7 inch True HD-IPS LCD touch screen with a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels, support for global radios, an internal storage space of 16GB, a rear shooter of 8 megapixels and a 1.3 megapixels camera upfront.

As far as the design is concerned, the Optimus LTE 2 falls short then the sexy, slim beast Galaxy S III however the Optimus LTE II might give S III a healthy challenge. Stay tune for more on the phone soon.
