Forget iMacs, Get A LGV300 Instead

When we think of LG, we normally think TVs or cellphones, but LG has just launched it’s prize-winning V300 AIO (all in one) PC in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. The computer was built for those who need a solid computer without taking too much space with a clunky desktop.

The LG V300-DE10K is the model name and is packed with the latest Intel Sandy Bridge Core i7 processor, and has AMD-powered graphics (a Radeon HD 6650M to be specific).

Most Powerful AIO, 32GB DDR3 RAM & 6TB Of Storage

Usually when you think of AIO (All-In-One’s) you think of a sleek and slender computer with the bare essentials to get you on your way. You’d probably expect a 128GB SSD, an Intel processor, and 4GB of RAM.

Having said that, I’d like you to meet the most powerful All-In-One of existence, brought to you by NextComputing. This is definitely not the computer you’re going to get to show off to your neighbors, that is, it’s aesthetically pleasing to look at, but once you read the spec sheet, all that goes out the window.

It looks like Sony has another All-In-One desktop up its sleeve, this time with 3D, offering HD picture quality as a PC/TV combo. The attractive looking device carries a 24″ diagonal LED backlit multi-touch display, offering touch access to the Internet and TV (on select models).

Enjoy your favorite movies on Blu-ray, listen to your favorite tunes, and view your recently snapped photos on the large 24″ screen. The Sony VAIO L Series features a full HD 3D display and allows users to enjoy PC games at a high resolution, in 3D.

Windows 8 Exclusive: Press Event In Taipei

Microsoft showed Windows 8 at a press event in Taipei, displaying an entirely new tile-based interface that Microsoft hopes will be better suited for flood of tablet PCs. Microsoft stated that it has designed Windows 8 to work equally well with either touch input (for those who have all-in-one touchscreen PCs or tablet PCs) or mouse and keyboard input.

The interface can also receive input through swipe gestures on touch screen devices. Windows Explorer and Windows desktop will still be there, so don’t worry about Windows changing too much.

New ThinkCentre EDGE 91z Coming Soon!

While HP keeps releasing traditional desktops to keep consumers happy, we may begin to question whether desktops are a thing of the past. Thanks to a recent leak, it looks like there will be a new ThinkCentre All-In-One from Lenovo coming soon. The AIO is dubbed the ThinkCentre EDGE 91z and looks absolutely stunning. Who do you have to thank for the leak? Well, Lenovo of course!

Lenovo leaked the computer through a PDF on a partner page, whether intentional or not, we don’t know. The AIO has a 21.5″ screen and will support multiple displays. Consumers can opt to have a dedicated ATI graphics card installed but we’re not sure what comes with the stock build.
