While Battlefield is just a few months away (I’ve already pre-ordered my copy), it looks like Dice has already started its alpha testing schedule. They are even inviting gamers to come forth for those who want to get a taste of the latest game in the successful franchise.

Of course, they’re probably going to need one of those high end rigs that’ll set you back around two grand, but hey- you gotsta do what ya gotsta do. The Alpha testing will pave the way for Beta testing which you can expect in September, and hopefully, by the release date (October 28th), you can expect a game that is mostly bug-free.

You Can Try iOS5 Today!

In theory, only developers currently have access to the newest version of Apple’s iOS5 software, for portable Apple devices. The next step is to make sure that your phone’s UDID (unique identifier) is registered with Apple.

While you could spend $99 for a developer account, you could also access the large market of rogue iOS activations that allows anyone who is willing to risk their phone while paying only $5 to $10 to try the new software.
