Therefore, Olympus announced its interchangeable lens camera, the Olympus E-PL3 in June. But no information was provided regarding the price and release date of the unit.

Now, Olympus has at least announced the month of its arrival in the US which is September 2011. The camera will feature a 12.3 megapixel sensor with an interchangeable lens capability, a Live MOS sensor, TruePic VI image processors and an ISO ceiling of 12,800.
