New HD LCD Screen By Hitachi

A new LCD screen that was launched by Hitachi, can be used for viewing 3D content without using any glasses. This latest screen is 4.5 inches wide and can be used in small gadgets and portable devices.

According to experts, a lot of improvement has been made in this new LCD screen. Last year, Hitachi launched a 3.1 inch screen with just 480*854 resolution. This time the resolution is 1280*720 which is a big difference and great improvement.

Apple Leak: Cinema Displays Will Have Thunderbolt

Ooops! It looks like some promotional images for Apple’s new LED Cinema display may have ‘accidentally’ leaked on the Internet, and MacRumours was able to get a couple snapshots before Apple took the images down.

The first image shows two Cinema Displays that are both hooked up to a MacBook Pro, indicating that the latest 27″ screens will support Thunderbolt. If you haven’t yet heard of Thunderbolt, it’s a means to transfer data at blazing speeds of 10Gbps.

LG announced its next generation DM50D monitor, which includes all the advantages found on LG’s game-changing CINEMA 3D TVs in a form factor that fits easily on a desktop.

The flicker-free, bright images and lightweight 3D glasses that customers have come to associate with CINEMA 3D can all be found on the DM50D, including Full HDTV.

LG Announces Company’s Strong Quarter

LG has recently come forth to say that it has turned a new corner with the sales of flat panels and operating profits up. The company believes that an aggressive product line-up in televisions will continue to fuel profits. The company saw its first operating profit in early of 2010. LG feels confident that the Cinema 3D TV range and its Smart TVs will be the driving force of product sales.

The company has seen success, largely due to its cost-cutting efforts and are currently in a 73.1 million USD profit in the first quarter.
