Get Your Droid 3 From Verizon Today!

Verizon quietly rolled out their Droid 3 today, so if you’ve been waiting to upgrade your Droid device, now’s the time to do so. You can grab yours today at Verizon’s site. You can grab it today for $199 with a two-year contract or if you want to upgrade your device and you don’t qualify for an upgrade, you can shell out $460.

I know it’s been a while since we’ve covered the Droid 3, but just to refresh your memory, it contains a dual core 1GHz processor, and an 8MP camera for all you amateur photographers out there.

Motorola Announces Milestone 3 (Droid 3) For China

Motorola has just announced its new Milestone 3 cellphone will be paired with China’s wireless carrier, Telecom. In case you haven’t been keeping up with the paces, the Milestone 3 is the latest version of the smartphone known as the Droid 3 over here in America.

Unfortunately for those in the United Kingdom, they’ll have to look towards other cellphone manufacturers when it comes to getting a new phone as the Droid 3 will not be making a debut in the UK.

LG Revolution Hitting Stores Soon

The LG Revolution will be Verizon’s third 4G LTE smartphone and is expected to hit store shelves very soon. If you don’t remember the tech specs, not to worry, the device will run on your standard 4.3″ TFT display with a 480 x 800 resolution and have the same screen as the HTC Thunderbolt. The device will only have one core (as if that wasn’t enough) and will essentially be a 1GHz Snapdragon processor.

The LG Revolution was originally rumored to be the first phone with Netflix support although it doesn’t seem like this device will be supporting Netflix, at least not right out of the box. The phone looks nice but will be running Android 2.2 Froyo (a good operating system, but one that is quickly going out of date).

Full Details On Motorola Droid 3

We’ve covered the Droid 3 after we caught some leaked photos on the Internet. The device will carry a 4″ qHD display, and as we have previously seen from the photos, a full QWERTY keyboard. Now, the slide-out keyboard doesn’t feature Island keys like the HTC G2, so you may encounter a number of typos here and there, especially if you are texting in a rush.

Motorola Droid 3- Photos Leaked!

Although many argue that Droid 2 was not much of an upgrade of the first Droid, the same group is excited to see that Droid 3 might be the exact phone we were waiting for. From the leaked photos, we can see that the Droid 3 will have a larger display than the previous models. Some believe that it might turn out to be a qHD display, since newer Motorola cellphones are getting shipped out with them.
