LG Optimus 3D Launched In Korea

LG yesterday launched Optimus 3D in South Korea. The launch was accompanied by the announcement of 17 Stereoscopic 3D games for the smartphone from Gameloft.

Three of these games Asphalt 6: Adrenaline, N.O.V.A. — Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance and Let’s Golf 2 will come pre-loaded on Korean LG Optimus 3D, while the rest will be available for purchase directly from the smartphone.

Pandigital Unleashes 7″ Tablet/eReader

Pandigital has just released an eReader with Android, yay!!! The device is a seven inch tablet with a TFT LCD display, and has standard WiFi access as well as access to Barnes and Noble for eBooks. The tablet features both a front and rear-facing camera, HDMI output and a microphone-hey cool, an e-book AND video chat device! The tablet comes shipped with your basics, Facebook, Dictionary, Antivirus utility, and an OfficeSuite viewer.

A Second Look At The Fujitsu Loox F-07C

Fujitsu recently showed us a very cool smartphone called the Loox F-07C. While this isn’t your typical smartphone name (e.g. desire, merge, sensation, thrill), I have to give Fujitsu props for coming up with its own style. The Loox F-07C is a dual-mode phone that features an Intel Atom processor allowing users to have the processing power needed in a Windows 7 tablet in the bite-sized form factor of a smartphone.

The F-07C can be booted as a tablet running Windows 7 or as a smartphone running the, ugh, Symbian operating system. Sorry, not a huge fan of Symbian, but the dual-mode feature is super cool and not something you ordinarily see on today’s smartphones.

Meet Sharp’s Aquos 3D Phone

Sharp released a gorgeous looking phone earlier today, and I must say, it looks rather sharp! The new Android phone is called the Aquos Phone SH-12C (pictured top) and has a beautiful 4.2″ QHD (540 x 960 pixel) screen, offering a dual 8MP cameras for 3D photos and videos. The Android version is of course the most recent Gingerbread and the SH-12C comes loaded with HSDPA 14Mbps connectivity for super fast downloads. The phone also has a built-in GPS application, Bluetooth, and runs on a powerful 1.4GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 processor.

Droid Incredible 2 Coming This Week

Although we’ve known about the HTC Droid Incredible 2 for quite a while, HTC and Verizon have finally announced a launch date and price point. But before we get back to the basics, let’s do a quick recap on what the Droid Incredible 2 will feature.

The device will come with a second generation 1GHz Qualcomm processor, an 800 x 480 pixel 4-inch capacitive display, and an eight megapixel camera with dual-LED flash and 720p video recording. The device will also have a front-facing 1.3MP camera for video calling, 768MB of RAM, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, and a 1450mAh battery. What will these specs translate in terms of price? Acer Introduces Packard Bell Liberty Tablet

Acer is coming out with a new tablet called the Packard Bell Liberty Tab. The device is currently scheduled to be released in June giving the consumer the option of choosing Cherry Red or Pearl White. The device will be equipped with the tablet standard of Android 3.0 Honeycomb. Like all other tablets, the device will offer full flash support as well as access to Android’s marketplace. Running on an Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, the device carries a dual camera 2MP front-facing/5MP rear and come with Google Talk pre-installed for video calling.
