City Life Affects Schizophrenia Prevalence And Anxiety

Researchers have discovered that two areas of the brain are directly affected by city living– and lead to a greater risk of anxiety and mood disorders. It was found that the risk for anxiety disorders is 21% greater for those who live in the city.

The same group of city folk also saw a 39% increase in mood disorders. Individuals who are born and raised in the city are also twice as likely to get Schizophrenia at some point in their lives.

Airbus Demonstrates Concept Plane For Year 2050

Airbus has an awesome new concept plane that it hopes will be in wide-scale production and use by the year of 2050. While we can’t estimate ticket prices, we can give you a few clues on what we may see in the upcoming decades.

Following the form-factor of a bird’s flight, the new airplane will have a skeletal formation with many transparent windows (likely tinted) that will allow the plane to be much lighter, thus requiring much less fuel.

AT&T Aims To Destroy Groupon & Co.

Groupon, you’re toast. Or at least that’s what AT&T is thinking right now. The telecommunications giant began pre-registration to consumers in Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Dallas-Fort Worth for a service through the company’s yellowpages.com. Under the new system, YP will send daily deals to consumers. The company is currently offering ten dollars toward the first Deal of the Day to those who sign up through May 22nd.

What would normally take 6 minutes to download on 3G will take about 9 seconds to download on LTE Advanced. It is truly the technology of the future, and I cannot wait till we get LTE Advanced support in the United States. If we can have more power, why not?
