Adiós, Fake Apple Stores!

The Chinese government and the investigating authorities have been involved in a big hustle over the past few weeks involving the fake Chinese Apple Stores in Kunming. The fake stores were the lime light of the city and the people behind it were reported when someone blogged about two apple stores in the city when there was no Apple store providing services in that area.

The Land of the Dragons is known for its counterfeit market and copyright infringement all over the globe more than it is known for Dragon remains and Emperors. The accused owner has even said that they were doing it for the good of the people and that they were doing Apple a favor and the employees claim that they were made to believe that this is an official Apple store.

Facebook’s video chat feature has finally been launched, revealing what many technology blogs had already predicted: video chat is now available on the service and is powered by the hugely popular Skype.

‘Indestructible’ Botnet Enslaves 4.5mn PCs

A new and sophisticated botnet has infected more than four million computers in just three months, and it is almost “indestructible”, say security researchers. The botnet, called TDL-4, targets PCs running on Windows and tries hard to avoid detection and even harder to shut down.

TDL-4 is the name for both the Trojan virus that affects machines and the network of compromised computers. “It is the most sophisticated threat today… practically indestructible,” Kaspersky Lab’s security researchers Sergey Golovanov and Igor Soumenkov have stated in a detailed analysis released recently.

Is Mark Zuckerberg On Google Plus ?

Barely has Google+ —the search giant’s answer to Facebook— gotten off the ground, that it received a most unexpected ‘visit’ from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.

CNET reported that at least three profiles bearing Zuckerberg’s name had appeared on Google+, one labeled as “Fake Zuckerberg,” and two as “Mark Zuckerberg.”
