Dell Works On i5 Windows Tablet W/ Full HD

We’ve just got word that Dell may be working on a new tablet, this time of Windows-flavor. The company had previously released the Dell Streak, and more recently, the Dell Streak Pro, which both ran on Google’s Android operating system.

The idea of a Windows tablet may seem exciting to some, but many have already abandoned the idea of owning a Dell tablet, after many reports of a weak battery life and general underperformance from the company.

Panasonic Lumix GF3 Coming Soon!

Panasonic has just revealed the smallest of its Lumix G camera along with its new GF3 interchangeable lens. The camera has a 12.1MP Live MOS sensor and runs on a Venus Engine VII HD images processor. The GF3 earns the title for capturing DSLR-like image quality in its small and compact design.

The new GF3 is 17% smaller and 16% lighter than the Lumix GF2 which should be noticeable on those long photo shoot days. Users will be able to capture Full HD video recording with full time AF Tracking. The camera has a 3″ touchscreen display, showing a 460K dot LCD.

Sony Introduces VAIO L, AIO Desktop W/ 3D

It looks like Sony has another All-In-One desktop up its sleeve, this time with 3D, offering HD picture quality as a PC/TV combo. The attractive looking device carries a 24″ diagonal LED backlit multi-touch display, offering touch access to the Internet and TV (on select models).

Enjoy your favorite movies on Blu-ray, listen to your favorite tunes, and view your recently snapped photos on the large 24″ screen. The Sony VAIO L Series features a full HD 3D display and allows users to enjoy PC games at a high resolution, in 3D.

24″ LED Monitor, Powered 100% By USB

Asus has recently demonstrated a USB-powered monitor, the MS248B, which was meant to replace the current MS248H USB-powered monitor. For a recent monitor, it has a very interesting feature, it only carries a single USB port that is placed to transmit both power and data from the computer to the monitor.

Fortunately, the single USB port utilizes the latest USB 3.0 technology, which allows up to 80% more power to be transferred to the monitor (something I would assume is essential to power a 24″ screen).

Panasonic Camcorders Come Back To Life

Panasonic has resurrected its Sanyo Xacti with the same specifications as the original models, with a few tweaks here and there. The first model is called the HX-WA10 and is pretty much a replica of Sanyo’s Xacti Waterproof DMX-CA100 /VPC-CA100, except this time it has a 16MP sensor.

Full HD On A 4.8″ Screen- Check It Out

Samsung and LG are working in consortium to pack extra pixels into tablet-sized screens for a very high-density pixel ratio. Last year, Ortus Technologies demonstrated a 4.8-inch Full HD LCD that was able to manage a 1920 x 1080 458ppi into a panel that provided images far sharper than iPhone 4’s Retina Display. Ortus Technologies is back to show us the upgraded display in 3D.

The new display uses an Arisawa Xpol polarizer film that splits the image into a set of left eye images and a set of right eye images. The viewer gives up some vertical resolution in exchange…
