Hopefully Apple is just experimenting with future technologies because I can’t imagine the iPhone 5 having NFC, 3D video recording, and virtually every ‘latest and greatest’ feature we’ve been learning about recently.

I mean, can’t a phone be *too powerful for its own good? Anyways, the developing technology was first reported as a patent leak and people suspect Apple will use this as some kind of tool for developers to better aid themselves in the workplace.

The accessory is currently exclusively available for the iPhone and simply requires a photo of the persons phase or iris for identification purposes. Obviously, this app would only be helpful to catch criminals dumb enough not to wear a mask (but you’d be surprised of how many of those, there are).

Dual cameras on the same side serve no purpose but to capture 3D images. This allows for video to be captured at different shutter speeds and allows for 3D playback to resume.

If apple is now rumored to release the iPhone 5 in September, Samsung is also rumored to release super powerful smartphone which is called Samsung Hercules. It’s rumored to be the toughest competitor of the iPhone 5.

If the latest reports are accurate, we might be seeing the Samsung Hercules land over on T-Mobile this September. If the HTC Sensation or the recently troubled G2x dual-core phones aren’t what you desire maybe the Hercules will be, it has great specs to back it up.
