Leaked Photos: Motorola Droid Bionic

We’ve heard about the Droid Bionic early this year in January and when we thought of the August launch date, many of us may have let out a depressing sigh. Well, as the months wind down, we are closer and closer to the launch date, and photos have just been leaked.

I know it’s been a little while since you’ve heard the specs, so I’ll just give you a quick recap. The Bionic will feature a dual core 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, and sport a 4.3″ qHD display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels.

Leak: Nokia Sea Ray With WP7 (Video)

Nokia’s first Windows Phone 7 device is probably music to many Symbian users who have long carried the burden of trying to use their phone in the first month of owning it. Symbian, of course, is Nokia’s operating system, that they’ve been using for the past decade + years, and it’s a royal headache.

Simple things like turning off the WiFi, takes many clicks here and taps there and it’s probably the farthest thing from being intuitive.

Leak: Sony Going Deep With Virtual Reality

Hopefully the days of a silly console controller are over. I’ve said it before, but I am getting tired of playing console games with the dual joy-stick. Sure, it was awesome in 2002, but times are changing and we are living in a world where we want to interact more with our media.

Think about how Google+ has their hangouts, a rich way to communicate with one another via videochat, and how about the new Wii U and the touch-screen controller? The Xbox Kinect? The more you think about it, the clearer it becomes- the concept of fun is being defined by how much we can do with our gadgets, and Sony might be catching on.

The first image shows two Cinema Displays that are both hooked up to a MacBook Pro, indicating that the latest 27″ screens will support Thunderbolt. If you haven’t yet heard of Thunderbolt, it’s a means to transfer data at blazing speeds of 10Gbps.

Microsoft Working On Secure Messaging & UI For WP7

It looks like Microsoft is up to no good in that they are working on a ‘top secret’ Windows Phone project, or at least that’s what the job listing says on its website.

It seems as if the project would be a version-one design with initial planning set to undergo in a month. The interface will be targeted to those user-friendly consumers and Windows may spend more time on making messaging more secure.

Google Music Coming Soon? Leaked Files Drop Some Hints

It looks like Google is gearing up to launch its own music service, and although it currently looks a bit incomplete, we feel that it has a lot of room to grow.

Now, we covered this topic a bit back in May and we were first heard about it, and we wondered how Google would fare without the backing of record labels. However, according to some leaked files found in the Android Market update, it looks like Google may have swayed some record labels into joining.
