KT Telecom Reveals TAKE Janus KM-S200

The Korean wireless carrier, KT Telecom has just priced the TAKE Janus KM-S200. The TAKE Janus looks similar to the Samsung Galaxy S and is the world’s first 1.5GHz dual-core smartphone. The device runs a tried and true Qualcomm MSM8260 and features 1GB of RAM, as well as a vibrant 4.3″ qHD display, running a resolution of 960 x 540.

The Janus KM-S200 shoots full HD 1080p video and has an eight megapixel camera with an integrated DMB-TV digital tuner. With 16GB of storage, you can be sure to pack your favorite songs in this little device, and a 1.3MP front-facing camera lets you video chat with friends.

Researchers from the University of Illinois’ Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, have developed a new digital memory module that uses much less power and is faster than current memory solutions.
