Asus Introduces New Business Notebook

Asus has just unveiled its new business notebook, titled the Asus B53F, offering something a bit more serious than an Eee PC. The new notebook touts a long battery life, and powerful processing with Intel’s new Sandy Bridge chip.

The notebook sports a 2.4GHz Intel Core i5-520M processor, 2GB of DDR3 memory, clocked at 1,333MHz, and a 320GB hard drive running at 5400 RPM. Now, the RAM is expandable to 8GB of memory, so if you feel you need more storage, you are free to upgrade.

LinkedIn India Reaches 10 Million Users

Social and job networking, LinkedIn has just announced that they have reached 100 Million users globally. Of those 100 million users, 33.4 million users are from the United States, and India has just reached its “10 million users” milestone.

While traditional job networking sites such as Monster and Naukri slowly fall behind, LinkedIn is receiving a growing awareness amongst Indians and it appears to be THE place to network in the white collar realm.

NEC’s 23″ Full HD, LED-LCD Screen

NEC has recently added a new LCD to its MultiSync lineup. The new screen is dubbed the EX231Wp and offers consumers a whopping 23″ of screen real-estate, offering a thin and lightweight screen that is perfect for workers who need to carry their display with them (such as LAN party goers).

The display is LED backlit, saving power, and runs a full HD resolution, spanning 1920 x 1080 pixels. The monitor consumers a typical 27 watts of power when in use and offers DisplayPort and DVI inputs for connectivity.

Introducing The Motorola XPRT

Sprint has announced today that it will be adding a new Motorola Android phone designed for business professionals. The Motorola XPRT (pictured left) will be Sprint’s first Android world phone (yay) designed for working professionals. The phone’s display is a 3.1-inch HVGA display. The device has a 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, a full QWERTY keyboard (BlackBerry/Droid Pro-Style) and has enterprise-class security and data encryption.
