But guess what? Just a few hours after the release of this operating system, the hacker community has found a way to jailbreak this OS. Marvelous and very fast indeed.

Hewlett Packard Provides Robust Network For BMW

The world’s largest computer maker, HP, had announced yesterday that it will be partnering up with German car manufacturer BMW. The partnership will mean that BMW will benefit from HP’s networking architecture.

We’re not sure what the partnership will have on HP sales, but one can assume that sales would rise given the prestige BMW currently holds as being one of the top luxury car makers.

Tablet Typing May Curb Slate PC Sales?

When you read about a new tablet that has just been manufactured, the first things you probably attend to are the camera megapixels, the amount of memory the device has, whether the processor is single core or dual core, and of course, the operating system.

But while computer specs are always important, they may not be the only thing you should consider before buying a new tablet PC. In a study conducted by a UK-based tech firm called Glasgow, it was found that 44% of tablet owners are frustrated when it comes to typing documents larger than 500 words.

World’s Smallest 4G LTE Router From Dovado

Dovado has announced the world’s smallest 4G LTE router. It’s called the Dovado Tiny and it’s so small you can fit it in a child’s pocket. The device is compatible with over 140 USB modems and offers data speeds as fast as 65Mbps.

The Dovado router has a USB port, a 100Mbps Ethernet LAN (Local Area Network) port and a WAN (Wireless Area Network) port. The Ethernet port is great when a wireless network isn’t available (such as in some hotel rooms). Just plug the ethernet into your pocket router and enjoy wireless Internet away from that desk tucked away in the corner of your hotel suite.

100 Billion Tons Of Rare Mineral Found, Can Be Used For Tech

Japan’s Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology has recently made a discovery that may reduce technology dependency from China. The discovery was made when 78 ‘very large’ deposits were found at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, near Hawaii.

The material weighed between 80 billion – 100 billion metric tons of material with similar properties to yttrium. The material is expected to be easy to get out and is low on the dangerous uranium and thorium that affects such deposits.

Samsung has just unveiled the new Galaxy Z smartphone and it was first announced by the Swedish carrier, Three, rather than your expected Korean company. The Galaxy Z is truly a beautiful phone, rocking a 4.2″ SC-LCD screen and a rear 5MP camera that shoots 720p video.

Powered by a Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, this phone delivers 1GHz of dual-core processing on two Cortex A9 cores. The chassis measures out to 125.3mm x 66.1mm x 9.5mm and will weigh exactly 135 grams.

Leaked: HTC Eternity With Windows Phone 7

It looks like the HTC Eternity might be Windows Phone 7 big break into the mobile community. From its massive 4.7″ touchscreen display, to its 1.5GHz processor. The Mango update can only sweeten the deal.

Motorola has just announced its new Milestone 3 cellphone will be paired with China’s wireless carrier, Telecom. In case you haven’t been keeping up with the paces, the Milestone 3 is the latest version of the smartphone known as the Droid 3 over here in America.

Unfortunately for those in the United Kingdom, they’ll have to look towards other cellphone manufacturers when it comes to getting a new phone as the Droid 3 will not be making a debut in the UK.

While Sanyo has been selling its Eneloop rechargeable batteries for a long time, the company recently unleashed its new Eneloop Pro batteries, featuring a power capacity that is 25% greater than previous batteries.

Rather than going through cases of batteries in a year’s time, rechargeable batteries offer the savings, convenience, and environmental awareness needed to keep the planet green. Sanyo recommends using these new batteries for “high drain” devices such as digital cameras or flashlights.

Panasonic Lumix GF3 Coming Soon!

Panasonic has just revealed the smallest of its Lumix G camera along with its new GF3 interchangeable lens. The camera has a 12.1MP Live MOS sensor and runs on a Venus Engine VII HD images processor. The GF3 earns the title for capturing DSLR-like image quality in its small and compact design.

The new GF3 is 17% smaller and 16% lighter than the Lumix GF2 which should be noticeable on those long photo shoot days. Users will be able to capture Full HD video recording with full time AF Tracking. The camera has a 3″ touchscreen display, showing a 460K dot LCD.
