Hulu Without Ads, But At What Cost?

Hulu has recently dropped a few clues to consumers that it is considering an ad-free version of its video streaming service. The company is specifically looking for a more expensive tier without dealing with the ads from either the free version, nor the $8 mobile plan.

While I am certainly intrigued, I think it’s safe to assume that the company would tack on an extra percentage (to increase, revenue of course)- rather than covering the price of the ads themselves. I mean, they are a business at the end of the day.

Panasonic has unveiled its LUMIX DMC-LS5 digital camera featuring a 14.1Mp, 26mm wide angle, 5x optical zoom lens. This is an entry level camera with top quality features such as HD video recording and 26mm wide angle lens. Owing to its O.I.S feature, the camera is capable of taking crisp pictures even in dim-light situations and has the capability to capture a 720p high definition video.

The camera gets its power from AA batteries which is a little weird as AA batteries don’t last long. However, Panasonic has tried to justify this change by stating that they are aware of the consumers’ different requirements and preferences.

It is a rebellion in the 3D world. Although people are very slow to take up the 3D display because of high prices, a more grave reason is the high-tech 3D glasses.

The 20-inch D2000 monitor was developed as a fully efficient entertainment display competent of generating games, movies and images in all their levelheaded brilliance.

Apple LCD TV Displays Coming This Year?

A former Apple executive has claimed that the company’s biggest upcoming product launch will be related to Apple TV displays. Obviously, we haven’t heard anything official from Apple on this yet, but I believe it would be a clever way for Apple to go after more market share in the tech industry.

Although some speculate that Apple will be teaming up with Samsung to provide the physical televisions (rebranded as Apple sets), I find the partnership a bit less likely considering the aggressive lawsuits that have been going on back and forth between the two.
