Facebook’s Unique Visitors Fall in May

Facebook’s U.S. user numbers fell in May from April and March, according to data compiled by research firm comScore, in the latest sign that the No.1 social network’s growth may be leveling off.

Last month, Facebook attracted 158.01 million unique visitors in the United States, slipping from 158.69 million in April and 158.93 million in March, comScore said.

IE Users Angry Over Accusation Of Having Low IQ

AptiQuant is the research firm behind the survey from which they inferred that Internet Explorer users are usually dumb and have low IQ levels when compared to Chrome, Mozilla or Safari users.

This is a highly profane statement regarding IE users which have led them to a fury against the consulting company. Since the release of study results, IE users have threatened to file a law suit against the company and have sent hate mails to the company. The company performed more than 100,000 IQ tests and compiled the results on the bases of browser a user used.

iTunes Introduces Replay Movie Feature

Recently, Apple introduced a new service which would allow users to stream TV shows which they had already purchased on their Apple TV. It was rumored that Apple would launch a music streaming service with iCloud and iTunes, but the latest reports suggest that Apple is now working on a new movie streaming service called iTunes Replay.

According to the experts at App Advice Apple, the company is soon to launch a new movie streaming service on iTunes which will allow users to re-stream the movies which they had already purchased and will also provide the facility to re-download them.

Survey Finds Americans Addicted To Youtube

Broadband and other facilities such as better mobile networks and devices have caused a huge impact on the citizens of many countries.

The recent survey showed that US citizens are more addicted to videos sites such as Youtube. About 28 percent of online users pay a visit to video sharing sites daily and over 71 percent of online american users, use websites related to video sharing.

Google Responds To Account Deletion Controversy

Google’s newest social networking project has recently been hit by a controversy which refers to the deletion of user and organization accounts from Google+.

Google’s senior vice president of engineering, Vic Gundotra said that there had been some mistakes while doing the first pass and that they are learning. He also said that the Google+ team is changing the way of communicating with people which means that Google will now issue warnings to people prior to deletion of their account.

Windows Mango Update Has 500 New Features

Microsoft Steve Ballmer may have dropped the ball at a recent presentation for Japan’s Microsoft Developer Forum. Ballmer claims that the new Mango update for Windows Phone 7 would carry over 500 new features and will run on flashier hardware than current Windows Phones. Some industry tips claim that as many as nine new Windows devices may come, including those from major manufacturers.

Acer will be showing off two new Windows phones later this year, Dell will have one called the Wrigley, and the HTC would have at least two devices as well.
